The mountain calls: Two German sports watches compete against each other in the Allgäu Alps. The EZM 9 TESTAF from Sinn special watches climbs at the arm of Chronos editor Jens Koch at 1,987 meters; at the wrist of Chronos editor Alexander Krupp the UTS Adventure Automatic storms the Aggenstein summit. Do the clocks defy hard rock, ice cold water and even snow? This and which of the two models is the first on the summit, you can find here – in the download for 0.99 euros.
The Adventure Automatic by UTS Munich with its housing size of 46 millimeters and a height of 15.5 millimeters is not for gentle wrists. There must be a real man’s arm! In addition, the striking (optional) crown protection is also noticeable, which should protect the control element and, in the Chronos mountain test, gives enough possibilities.
The EZM 9 Testaf by Sinn special watches is a little “small” with its 44 millimeters in diameter. Due to the titanium housing it is also extremely light. Designed as a pilot’s watch, however, it also has characteristics that enable it to meet other sporting challenges – also through its own technologies.
